1. What TikStock is

TikStock is a website where projects (campaign owners) fund video campaigns and TikTok creators submit videos they made for those campaigns. Rewards are paid in tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain from a wallet that belongs to each campaign. TikStock is a platform, not a party to the arrangement between a campaign owner and a creator.

2. Accounts

Creators sign in with their TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit. Campaign owners sign in by signing a message with an EVM wallet. You are responsible for the security of your TikTok account and your wallet. You must be at least 18 years old to use TikStock.

3. Campaigns and funding

A campaign owner sets a brief, a rate per 1,000 views and a stock to pay in, then sends that stock to a wallet generated for the campaign. TikStock holds the key to that wallet only to execute payouts and to return unspent funds to the owner. Campaign owners are responsible for the content of their brief and for having the right to promote the token they describe.

4. Submissions and payouts

Creators may only submit videos from their own TikTok account. The campaign owner decides which videos are approved. View counts are read from the TikTok API. Payouts are calculated from view counts at the campaign rate and converted to stock at the Robinhood price at the time of the payout. Payouts stop when the campaign wallet runs out of funds or the campaign is paused or ended. TikStock may withhold payouts for submissions that appear to use artificial views, stolen content or otherwise violate these terms.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on TikStock is investment advice. Tokenized stocks and tokens mentioned in campaigns can lose value. Rewards are compensation for creative work, not an offer or sale of securities by TikStock.

6. Prohibited conduct

Buying views, bots, misleading claims about a token, impersonation, submitting content you do not own, and any activity that violates TikTok's Terms of Service or applicable law.

7. Liability

TikStock is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TikStock is not liable for lost rewards, price movements of any stock or token, TikTok API outages, blockchain failures, or actions of campaign owners and creators.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
