How a payout happens
The worker refreshes view counts from TikTok, converts new views into cents at the campaign rate, and the operator releases payouts from the queue. Cents become stock at the Robinhood mid price at the moment of sending. The transfer goes from the campaign wallet or from the treasury, and the transaction hash is recorded here.
Views come from the creator's own TikTok account.
